Dezember 2018<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Einleitung\">Einleitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-4985bee6-dce6-4031-baf5-36dc99d8bcd1\">Im Mai 2019 ver\u00f6ffentlichte die Deutsche Fu\u00dfball Liga (DFL) erstmals die&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dfl.de\/de\/hintergrund\/lizenzierungsverfahren\/finanzkennzahlen-der-proficlubs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Finanzkennzahlen der Bundesliga-Vereine<\/a>. Seither erstelle ich j\u00e4hrlich eine \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.meenzer-on-tour.de\/blog\/die-kpi-bundesliga-tabelle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Finanz-Bundesliga-Tabelle<\/a>\u201c. Mit Hilfe dieser Kennzahlen lassen sich so genannte Key Performance Indicators, kurz KPIs, ermitteln, die klar herausstellen, welche Vereine finanziell nachhaltig agieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-89014530-bb33-425b-bfd7-ec988b0a98e4\">Die DFL hat in ihren Lizenzierungskriterien zum Thema Finanzen leider keine dieser KPIs verankert. Mit Hilfe dieser lassen sich Leistungskennzahlen ermitteln, die in die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meenzer-on-tour.de\/blog\/finanzen-der-bundesliga-clubs-2023-teil-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Finanz-Bundesliga-Tabelle 2022\/2023<\/a> einflie\u00dfen. Pro Leistungskennzahl ist die jeweilige <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meenzer-on-tour.de\/blog\/die-finanz-bundesliga-abschlusstabelle-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Platzierung im 20er-Feld<\/a> der Clubs der Saison 2022\/2023 angegeben (inklusive Aufsteiger).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Analyse\">Analyse: Finanzielle Nachhaltigkeit der TSG Hoffenheim<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die TSG Hoffenheim w\u00fcrde drei von vier Kriterien erf\u00fcllen, wenn die DFL ihr Nachhaltigkeitsbekenntnis ernst nehmen w\u00fcrde und dieses auf die finanzielle Nachhaltigkeit anwenden w\u00fcrde. Damit belegt der Club Platz 4 in der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meenzer-on-tour.de\/blog\/die-finanz-bundesliga-abschlusstabelle-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Finanz-Bundesliga-Tabelle 2022\/2023<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der geforderte Anlagendeckungsgrad von 60 Prozent wird mit 215 Prozent deutlich \u00fcbertroffen. Damit liegt die TSG mit deutlichem Abstand auf Platz 1 vor dem SC Freiburg mit 161 Prozent und Mainz 05 mit 127 Prozent. Die Bayern liegen auf Platz 4 mit 114 Prozent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Eigenkapitalquote liegt mit 90 Prozent ebenfalls deutlich \u00fcber den geforderten 20 Prozent. Auch hier liegt die TSG mit deutlichem Abstand auf Platz  1 vor den Bayern (71 Prozent), dem SC Freiburg (69 Prozent), Borussia Dortmund (62 Prozent) und Mainz 05 (60 Prozent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Verschuldungsgrad in H\u00f6he von 9 Prozent liegt deutlich unter den geforderten 200 Prozent. Hier kann man eigentlich gar nicht mehr von &#8222;Verschuldung&#8220; sprechen. Logischerweise ist auch hier die TSG Spitzenreiter in der Nicht-Verschuldung, gefolgt vom FC Bayern (29 Prozent), Mainz 05 (41 Prozent) und dem SC Freiburg (44 Prozent). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lediglich bei der Personalaufwandsquote gibt es bei der TSG einen kompletten Ausreiser nach unten. Mit den hingelegten 75 Prozent liegt sie etwas oberhalb der geforderten maximalen Quote von 70 Prozent. Dieser vierte KPI wird von allen Clubs eingehalten, bis auf die TSG. Sie belegt damit den letzten Platz. Folglich ist sie sogar schlechter als die Hertha (68 Prozent) und Borussia M\u00f6nchengladbach (62 Prozent), die vor ihr liegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Fazit\">Fazit: Finanzielle Nachhaltigkeit der TSG Hoffenheim<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn man nur die nackten Zahlen anschaut, dann k\u00f6nnte man meinen, die TSG sei ein Vorzeigeclub &#8211; die Personalaufwandsquote mal ausgenommen. Allerdings muss man nat\u00fcrlich wissen, dass die TSG einen Hauptgesellschafter hat, der mal 240 Mio. Euro Einlage mitgebracht hatte. Zum Gesch\u00e4ftsjahresende am 30. Juni 2022 hatte die TSG nur noch knapp 202 Mio. Euro Eigenkapital. Damit k\u00f6nnte dann das Kraichgauer M\u00e4rchen auch zu Ende erz\u00e4hlt sein. Allerdings sind wir hier im Profifu\u00dfball und da sind 240 Mio. Euro f\u00fcr manche Clubs auch nur Peanuts und 38 Mio., die ja von den 240 Mio. Euro sozusagen &#8222;fehlen&#8220;, noch so viel weniger als Peanuts, wenn man mal an die Hertha und Co. denkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Will sagen, schlimmer geht immer und Corona hat der TSG wirklich hart zugesetzt. Anlagendeckungsgrad, Eigenkapitalquote und Verschuldungsgrad haben immer etwas mit dem Eigenkapital zu tun &#8211; das M\u00e4zen Hopp ja mit den 240 Mio. Euro massiv gest\u00e4rkt hat. Die Personalaufwandsquote, die sich nicht mit Eigenkapital, sondern mit dem Verh\u00e4ltnis von Personalaufwand zu Umsatz errechnet, zeigt, wie es zum Gesch\u00e4ftsjahresende 2022 um die TSG &#8222;ungefiltert&#8220; stand: Der Umsatz ging stark nach unten &#8211; auch weil keine Transfers get\u00e4tigt wurden und die Personalkosten blieben immens hoch. Dadurch entstand diese extrem hohe Personalaufwandsquote. Wird diese in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren wieder gesenkt, weil man Einnahmen aus dem Transfer-Gesch\u00e4ft hat und damit der Umsatz anzieht, steht die TSG rein theoretisch wieder finanziell sehr nachhaltig da &#8211; wenn da nicht die Krux mit der Macht im Verein w\u00e4re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">50+1 wird auf dem Papier wieder eingehalten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Denn vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr hat Dietmar Hopp die Stimmmehrheit an den Verein zur\u00fcck gegeben. Damit h\u00e4lt die TSG formal wieder die 50+1-Kritierien ein, nachdem die DFL 2015 f\u00fcr die TSG eine Ausnahme gemacht hat (wie schon f\u00fcr Bayer Leverkusen und den VfL Wolfsburg). Allerdings beh\u00e4lt Hopp weiterhin die 96 Prozent der Kapitalanteile an der Fu\u00dfball-Spielbetriebs-GmbH. Sprich er hat weiterhin die Kohle in der Hand, was nat\u00fcrlich auch nachvollziehbar ist, wenn man mal 240 Mio. Euro einfach so in einen Club steckt. Ergo h\u00e4lt die TSG auf dem Papier 50+1 ein und agiert vergleichsweise finanziell nachhaltig &#8211; ob das Financial Fairplay ist, kann jede*r selbst entscheiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
